I am very delighted that my film Virginia Grütter. Más fuerte que el dolor – Stronger than Pain, Germany 1995/96, has been invited to the XII Festival de Cine FICS in Suchitoto, El Salvador, in 2026 for the “Strong Women” series. The FICS festival was founded by Salvadoran filmmaker and editor Paula Heredia, who lives and works in New York and El Salvador. She continues to direct the festival today. The date will be announced shortly.
